a Tiny Dead Frog on my floor
They (mostly lizards) seem to creep into my office when they get the opportunity.(when the door opens, etc.) That's for living in Florida.
So in the middle of all the chaotic things that go on in my day...and trying to climb or keep on top of it all - as it were... the thought of creativity even in itself is difficult sometimes. Especially after a couple grueling days of ad design.
Oh ya, how cool it would be to have life the way we want it. Sipping slowly on a whatever during the day, taking our time...brushing the canvas a bit here and there, moving the mouse or in my case either a trackball or a Wacom pen on a tablet... whenever the mood strikes ... but then again I see a poster in the gym that states... "nothing happens in the comfort zone" so reality is here. And there's no denying it. I read another quote today by the artist Francis Bacon (you know he did the hanging meat painting). I'm not so sure I like his artistic point of few, but he said some interesting things... "Choose the life that is most useful, and habit will make it the most agreeable" I have to think, those are wise words. My habits are not always agreeable ..even to me.
